Most homes in Delenas are equipped with 2 types of safety alarms. A theft breach alarm is almost always present, which could contribute to the country's almost non-existent theft crime rate. On the wall, side by side with the burglar alarm's main control panel, is that of the house's paranormal monitoring system. As a theft alarm has a central control system linked to motion detectors and door/window monitors in each room of the house, the paranormal monitoring system is also linked to devices in each room of the house. Devices to aide in the detection of paranormal activity such as sudden temperature change cameras with alarms, electromagnetic field meters, negative ion detectors, and/or magnetometers.
